This notice describes how The Gentleman Planner handles information submitted through this website and when you contact us about planning services.

Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, occasion, message, and preferred reply method. You may also provide a phone number, date, venue or city, approximate guest count, budget range, and interest in the appreciation discount. Please do not submit identity documents, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

How information is used

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss availability and planning needs, prepare proposals, and manage the resulting business relationship. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising.

Hosting, delivery, and spam protection

Cloudflare hosts this website, stores submitted inquiries, and provides security and spam protection. Its infrastructure may process technical information such as IP addresses and request data. Cloudflare also delivers inquiry notification emails to The Gentleman Planner’s Outlook inbox. These services process information to operate the website and handle your inquiry.

Cookies and third-party links

We do not add advertising trackers or visitor analytics to this site. Cloudflare’s security and spam-protection services may use technical storage necessary for their operation. Facebook and Instagram links take you to separate services governed by their own privacy policies; their content is not embedded here.

Access and retention

Access to inquiries is restricted to business administration and service providers needed to handle them. Unbooked inquiries are scheduled for deletion after 12 months. If an inquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant records may be retained for the relationship and applicable business or legal requirements. Email copies are reviewed and removed separately under the same retention approach.

Your requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete your inquiry information by emailing TheGentlemanPlanner@outlook.com. We may need to verify a request and retain records where required for an existing agreement or applicable obligations.
