This website introduces our planning services. Submitting an inquiry or discussing an occasion does not reserve a date, confirm availability, or establish a service agreement. Services begin only after the required written agreement and booking arrangements are completed.

Customized services and fees

Service tiers describe possible levels of support. Deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, fees, payment arrangements, and cancellation terms are defined in your written proposal and agreement. No package price or third-party vendor service is promised by this website.

Third-party services

Vendors, venues, rentals, catering, entertainment, and other third-party services may have their own charges, contracts, and policies. Those charges are separate from our planning and coordination fees unless your agreement expressly states otherwise.

Appreciation discount

A 10% appreciation discount applies to our own planning and coordination fees for verified military members, veterans, firefighters, EMTs/paramedics, law enforcement, and qualifying organizations. Third-party vendor charges are excluded. Eligibility and the applicable planning fees are confirmed in your customized quote. No discount is final until confirmed in writing. Please request a secure verification method instead of sending identity documents through this form.
